       Dongguan Sunway metal die-casting co.,ltd (Dongguan Xinmeite Die-Casting Technology Co., Ltd.) were established in 2018. It is a professional manufacture with more than 20 years experience which specializing in die-mold/zamak & aluminum alloy die-casting for smart locks complete sets of spare parts and sanitary products,medical equipment spare parts,Communication device spare parts,Car spare parts，Perfume bottle cap etc.

      Our factory are located in Humen Town, Dongguan City.GuangDong province,China ,The whole building has a total area of more than 6,000 square meters.

      Our factory applied for environmental impact assessment at the beginning of the company’s establishment. The preparation process has been approved by the company. In October of 2018 the die-casting workshop was officially put into operation. It is legal. A compliant formal enterprise.

      We have a professional & more than 20years experiences team which focus on die mold design, mold manufacturing, zamak&aluminum die-casting processing, grinding and polishing processing, surface painting treatment, professional plating and other supporting workshops, from mold design to finished product & shipments to serve customers all over the world.

      The die-casting production process adopts automatic Japanese imported intelligent six-axis robot processing. The quality is stable and the quality is our quality assurance.

     On the first floor, there are hot chamber die casting machines (88 tons,200 tons,280 tons,400t), and cold chamber die casting machines (300 tons, 400 tons, 800 tons).

     The second floor is a workshop that can accommodate 30 posts. The third floor is a 1500 square fully automatic painting workshop.
